Midwestern twist to a southern classic. Creamy white cheddar cheese grits are served under a pan seared Cajun salmon fillet, topped with large shrimp and drenched in a cajun brown butter sauce, with sautéed peppers and garlic. Individual servings are placed in your choice of glasses, or bowls. Minimum of 10 servings (1 cup)
